Titans Secret Files and Origins (1999) #1 provided a double shot of Deathstroke-related profiles. The first one featured Deathstroke himself (in his second "blue period" costume) as part of the Titans supporting cast along with Raven, Omen, Changeling (Beast Boy), Supergirl, and Lian Harper. Profile number two highlights the international terrorist organization responsible for originally putting Deathstroke the Terminator on a fateful collision course with the Teen Titans/Titans: The Hierarchy of International Vengence and Extermination, aka H.I.V.E.
